SHIPPING
Every item is printed to order. Production takes 2-5 business days, then it ships -- typical delivery is 5-8 business days after that, depending on destination. Shipping is a flat $6.99 per order.
We currently ship to the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, Germany, France, Ireland, and New Zealand.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because everything is made specifically for your order, we don't accept returns for size or preference. If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund it -- just contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If tracking shows no movement for an unusually long time, reach out and we'll look into it with the carrier.
